Federal Member for Berowra, Julian Leeser MP has presented the Dural Country Club with an $8,000 grant to upgrade the auditorium  AV equipment.

Mr Leeser said the upgraded facilities would benefit Dural residents and neighboring families who regularly use the club.

The current AV is outdated and doesn’t provide adequate quality for the various functions the club hosts.

Mr Leeser’s $8,000 contribution will provide a new AV system to be installed which will be used to attract community functions.

“Dural Country Club is a community icon – offering a range of entertainment for local residents and visitors,” Mr Leeser said.

“I am thrilled to be able to provide a grant which will go towards enhancing the guest experience for local residents and will help attract more functions and visitors to Dural Country  Club and the  region,” Mr Leeser said.

Dural Country Club President, John Puleo thanked Mr Leeser for the $8,000 contribution, explaining how the AV will improve  the visitor experience.

“We have been looking at ways to improve our current function offerings and attract community  groups who want to use the auditorium  space for information  evenings. To achieve this we need a quality AV system. This money will make that goal a reality – we are very grateful for the contribution,”  Mr Puleo  said.
